I'm excited for the return of Melanie Haggert in Part II of our series. Melanie is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor (TMCD) and a Registered Acupuncturist & Registered Massage Therapist (RAc/RMT).

In today's episode, Melanie is going to share with us what this ancient medicinal practice is and how it can gently aid in the healing of depression, anxiety, and insomnia as well as many other forms of illness. She'll share what acupuncture does and do needles really have to hurt? What does massage do? How is acupressure different from acupuncture? Do you have to use needles to heal?
